Terms of Use and Sale

1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of the My Official Links service (the “Service”), published by my-official-links (“we”), which allows any person or business (the “User”) to create a customized public page bringing together their links, contacts, photos, promotions and location. By creating an account, the User accepts these terms.
2. Account
Signing up requires a valid email address, which must be confirmed. The User provides accurate information, keeps their password confidential and is responsible for the activity on their account. They must report any fraudulent use without delay.
3. Free trial
Each new account gets a 14-day free trial, with no credit card or payment method required at sign-up. The trial gives access to all features.
4. Subscription and price
At the end of the trial, continued use of the Service requires an annual subscription of €14.99 per year, with no commission on the User's sales. The subscription is not renewed automatically: the User chooses to renew it, at any time, from their account. Renewal extends the subscription by one year from its expiry date if that date has not passed.
5. Payment
Payment is made online through the provider CinetPay (Orange Money or MTN Mobile Money). The amount may be charged in the local currency of the chosen payment method, at the rate applied by the provider. Payment by bank card or PayPal account is processed by PayPal: card details are entered on PayPal and never go through My Official Links. The Service is activated as soon as payment is confirmed.
6. End of the trial or subscription
When the trial or subscription expires without renewal, the User's public page and their management area are suspended: visitors see a message stating that the page is no longer available. Data and settings are kept; payment immediately reactivates the Service.
7. Withdrawal and refunds
As the Service is a digital service provided as soon as the account is activated, the annual subscription is, unless mandatory legal provisions state otherwise, non-refundable once activated, except in the case of a billing error or double payment, which are refunded on request at contact@my-official-links.online.
Certification (badge). Certification fees pay for the verification work carried out by our team: they are paid only once, after all checks have succeeded, and are non-refundable, including if the badge is later suspended or withdrawn (change to a verified item, false statement, impersonation or any other abuse). Any impersonation leads to the immediate withdrawal of the badge and may be reported to the authorities, together with the identification details provided.
8. Prohibited content and behavior
The User is solely responsible for the content they publish (texts, logos, photos, flyers, links, contact details). They guarantee that they hold the necessary rights and undertake in particular not to publish: illegal, hateful, defamatory or pornographic content; content infringing the rights of third parties (trademarks, copyright, image rights); links to fraudulent, phishing or malware sites; any impersonation of an identity or a brand; any attempt to disrupt the Service (automated scripts, mass account creation).
9. Suspension and deletion
We may suspend or delete, without notice or refund, any page or account that breaches these terms or the law. The User may delete their account at any time from the “My account” page; deletion is permanent.
10. Availability and liability
We use reasonable means to ensure a continuous Service, without guaranteeing that it will be free of interruptions (maintenance, incidents, force majeure, dependence on third-party services such as the hosting provider, Google or CinetPay). To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for the current subscription, and we are not liable for content published by Users.
11. Intellectual property
The Service (brand, logo, design, code) remains our property. The User retains ownership of their content and grants us the right to host and display it for the purposes of the Service, including its indexing by search engines.
12. Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy.
13. Changes to the terms
We may amend these terms; the version in force is the one published on this page. In the event of a significant change, Users are notified by email.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law applicable at the publisher's place of establishment. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any action; failing that, the competent courts of that place will have jurisdiction, subject to the mandatory rules protecting consumers.
